Program Outcomes: Upon completion of this training session, it is expected that you will have gained the following skills and enabling you to: • Apply camp rules to accommodation booking requests • List the reasons why it is important to ensure people’s details display correctly in profiles. • Identify and complete the relevant accommodation request form to be used depending on whether a person has a profile in SAM or not. • Detail the process to be followed when requesting a booking for a person not in SAM • Demonstrate how to reschedule a booking • Apply the camp and system rules when rescheduling a booking • Demonstrate how to remove a booking • Apply the camp and system rules when removing a booking • Using the guidelines provided, submit an Emergency Booking • Using the guidelines provided, submit a Generic Request • Demonstrate the methods available to locate existing bookings for a person • Using existing booking information and camp rules, identify the correct process for submitting booking requests and changes • Demonstrate how to locate and review booking information using the Task Panel • Identify key contacts for questions relating to accommodation bookings requests |
